By using Goal Pilot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our goal tracking application and website.
These terms of service govern your use of the Goal Pilot mobile application and website. By downloading, installing, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Goal Pilot is a goal tracking and productivity application that helps you set, manage, and achieve your goals. Our service includes:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
You retain ownership of your goals, tasks, and all content you create within the application.
Your data is stored securely using Firebase and is accessible only through your authenticated account.
We may use anonymized data to improve our service and application functionality.
Goal Pilot owns all rights to the application, service, technology, and related intellectual property.
You retain all rights to your goals, tasks, and personal information you create within the application.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
The free tier includes access to 3 goals, 20 AI goal creation tokens, 3 progress reports, and 3 reminders.
Premium subscriptions provide unlimited goals, unlimited AI goal creation, unlimited progress reports, and unlimited reminders.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refund policies are governed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) where you made your purchase.
We strive to maintain high availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We will announce planned maintenance in advance when possible.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While we take measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss due to technical issues, user error, or circumstances beyond our control.
We provide tools to track goals, but we are not responsible for whether or not you achieve your personal goals.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees you have paid, if any.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination where applicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
